Way Out!Privacy Policy
This policy explains how RevRush Games ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Way Out! (Android package com.revrush.wayout) and on this website.
- You don't need an account, and we never ask for your name, email or other personal details.
- Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
- The game shows optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect device information, such as your advertising ID, to serve and measure those ads.
- We don't sell your information.
1. Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress, coins, stars, collected items, unlocked themes and settings (such as sound and tutorial preferences) in local storage on your device. This information is not sent to us or to any server we run. It is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data, and you can erase your progress at any time with Settings → Reset progress in the game.
2. Advertising
Way Out! offers optional rewarded video ads (for example, to double a coin reward). These ads are provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. When an ad is requested or shown, Google may collect and process information such as:
- your device's advertising ID,
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it,
- device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version), and
- how you interact with ads.
Google uses this information to deliver ads, measure their performance, prevent fraud and, depending on your settings, personalise ads. Your choices: on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in Settings → Google → Ads (the exact menu may vary by device). You can also manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
3. In-app purchases
If the game offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Google Play. We don't receive or store your payment card details. Google handles payment information under its own privacy policy. We may receive a purchase confirmation (such as an order ID) to unlock what you bought.
4. Information we don't collect
We don't collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or any other personal information. The game doesn't use analytics or crash-reporting services, and it doesn't ask for access to your camera, microphone, contacts or files.
5. Sharing
We don't sell or rent information about you. Apart from the advertising and payment services described above, which collect information directly under their own policies, we don't share information with third parties.
6. Children
Way Out! is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we'll help remove it.
7. Data retention and deletion
Game data stays on your device until you reset it, clear the app's data or uninstall the game. We hold no copy on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete. For data collected by Google for advertising, use the controls in section 2 or contact Google.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU, UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information and to object to certain processing. Because we don't hold personal information about you, most requests can be met with the in-game reset and your device's ad settings. You can still contact us with any request and we'll respond.
9. Security
Your game data stays in the app's private storage on your device, which other apps can't read. Ad requests are sent over encrypted connections.
10. This website
This website doesn't use cookies or analytics. Its hosting provider may log standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how the game handles information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the game's release notes.
